Comments: I'm not sure if these bathrooms apply at all events at the Empire Expo Center or just for the NYS fair. I am also not certain what the layout, label, or accessibility are. Please edit the entry if you have more info. Availability set to 'building charges entry' because, for the state fair at least, you have to pay admission to enter the fairgrounds.
