Comments: You will be greeted by an employee, you can then ask where the restroom is (just about everyone who uses ours does ask). You should act like you're browsing some, whether before, after, or both. And don't be put off if other employees speak to you or change what they're doing after you enter the store - that happens for everyone. We're just trying to be available in case someone needs help/has a question while they're in the store. The bathroom is a unisex single stall.
