Directions: All gender neutral bathrooms are in the library itself. The library is in three floor, first floor - children's section - and a gender neutral kids bathroom with changing table, second and third have three gender neutral bathrooms each, one of them for disabled users. All floors are accessible by elevator for people who can't manage stairs,

Comments: Everyone can in the library's open hours go up into the library itself and use the bathrooms, not permit or anything needed.
