Directions: Third floor lobby is a gender neutral multiple occupancy bathroom (though some people lock the main door). 2nd floor has a single occupancy gender neutral bathroom.

Comments: Don't know if this will help since it's on federal property and thus not accessible to most, but it's something I wish I'd known months ago (and maybe it can help one person)
