Comments: there are 2 washrooms, both gendered, at the back, but its very discreet, quiet and single bathrooms. i've never had problems using either the mens or womens. the cafe itself is usually busy with students, so if you go in acting like you're looking for someone, or just act casually, and go all the way to the back, it's never a problem. the people that work there are really relaxed and friendly, too.
