Directions: Unisex restrooms are scattered throughout the building and are easy to find. I have not verified that they are ALL accessible but there are at least two.

Comments: The 45th Parallel building is a converted warehouse space full of bougie small businesses. All in all the space feels fairly welcoming, but not overtly so. The restroom situation was pleasantly surprising. There are gendered, multi-stall restrooms as well so if you don't see the unisex ones just keep going down one of the labyrinthine hallways and you will find them, there are several.
