Directions: Penland School has numerous buildings, most with single occupant or gender neutral bathrooms. School has a relaxed atmosphere that is generally very accepting of students, staff and public using bathroom of their choice.

Comments: Off the beaten path way up in the mountains but well worth the visit to the fine craft gallery or to study there.
